The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the "Devil's Triangle," is a region in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean where ships and airplanes are said to have disappeared under mysterious circumstances. The boundaries of the Bermuda Triangle are not universally agreed upon, but it is generally considered to be bounded by Miami, Bermuda, and Puerto Rico.

There have been many theories proposed to explain the supposed disappearances in the Bermuda Triangle, including human error, piracy, methane hydrates, rogue waves, and even extraterrestrial activity. However, most of these explanations are not supported by scientific evidence, and the majority of the incidents attributed to the Bermuda Triangle have more plausible explanations, such as storms, human error, or mechanical failure.

Despite the sensational stories often associated with the Bermuda Triangle, it is not officially recognized as a danger zone by the US government or any other organization. While some accidents have occurred in the area, it is not statistically any more dangerous than other parts of the ocean.
