- 2 years’ experience in Human Rights/ Child Rights/Women Rights in public or private Sector.

Qualification:

- Master’s Degree in Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology with 2nd Division from the HEC recognized University

Job Description:
------------------
- Carry out the operations for rescue of child in need of care and protection
- Exercise of emergency powers provided under the ICT Child Protection Act.
- Carry out initial assessment to determine whether the child requires care in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
- Carry out comprehensive Assessment of the child and his family environment, as may be prescribed.
- Develop a child care plan
- Provide services as per the child care plan to the child and the family. These shall include alternative care placement for children in risk of significant harm.
- Make an application to the court under section 17 of the Act to ensure implementation of the child care plan.
- Conduct an investigation to determine the reasons of leaving alternative care by the child
- Family tracing and reunification of child
- Preparation and submission of feasibility report for certification of caregiver
- Refer the child to such services as are appropriate to take care of the child in accordance with the national and international child safeguarding standards.
- Any other assignment/ task assigned by the competent authority.

- 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added to maximum age limit.
- Appointment against all the posts will be made initially on contract basis.
